He was created to be the analog to the American Super Solider rumored to be out during WWII. After his temperament proved to be a downfall rather than a boon the Old Soviet Union put him into a state of Suspended animation. After the fall of the Soviet Union the funding to keep him locked up disappeared. Due to a malfunction in his holding chamber his personality underwent a dramatic change. He has now moved to America after the coming out of the Fantastic four, who he saw himself as an analog to, in a hope to find a place in the world and help those in need.

Not exactly what I was expecting for our first application, but after some consideration, I've decided that I am going to allow this, provided you agree to a couple of modifications, as follows: Rossovich comes to North America seeking Reed Richards, hoping he can develop a cure for the 'Death Factor' that causes him to need to drain the life-force from other people in order to survive. Richards is able to develop a Carbonadium Synthesizer Implant that will remove Omega Red's need to drain life-force, but which in return will nullify his Death Spore and Life Force Absorption abilities. So, you still down?

Would I still have all the other powers/abilities that he has and just loose the death spore and LFA abilities?

Pretty much. The enhanced physical attributes, the healing factor, the armor and the tentacles. Without the LFA, his healing factor would be lessened, but he would still heal much faster than a normal human.

Then sure, I'm totally down for that, makes him easier to play as a hero rather than an villain
